ULTIMATE GUARANTEE (Backpacks, Vests, and Hydrapak Reservoirs and Body Bottles)
Ultimate Direction branded backpacks and vests purchased only from authorized sellers in the U.S. are warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This does not mean your lifetime, but the reasonable lifetime of the product, considering its age and how you have cared for and used it. Please note that items such as running vests are made of ultra-lightweight materials and have a shorter lifespan. Ultimate Direction branded apparel, belts, handhelds, bottles, reservoirs, and accessories are covered by a one-year warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized seller that protects the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please keep original sales receipt for all Ultimate Direction branded product purchases. We require proof of purchase from an authorized seller to qualify for warranty service, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
We are in process of transitioning our Reservoirs and Body Bottles to Hydrapak, which offers a Beyond™ Lifetime Guarantee from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of their product; they will repair or replace, at their discretion, any manufacturing defect in products with their brand name on it free of charge. LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY AND GUIDELINES (Apparel, Belts, Handhelds, Accessories, and Non-Hydrapak Reservoirs and Body Bottles)
Ultimate Direction branded apparel, belts, handhelds, bottles, reservoirs, and accessories are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year. This warranty protects only the original owner, only if no modifications were made to the product, and only if purchased from an authorized Ultimate Direction dealer in the United States or Canada. Customers from other countries should contact the distributor in their country. Please save your purchase receipt to confirm.
If an Ultimate Direction branded product covered by one of these warranty options qualifies as a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, weather-related damages (wind, rain, fire, animals, etc.), normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for shipping.
Canadian customers use the same process except Ultimate Direction will not credit previously paid customs and duties.
Ultimate Direction’s Limited Warranty applies only to Ultimate Direction brand products purchased and used in the United States and products specifically authorized by Ultimate Direction for retail sale in Canada. For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their state of purchase or Canada, except in instances where those laws and regulations are not required to be cumulative, the benefits conferred by Ultimate Direction Limited Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights. Ultimate Direction Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Ultimate Direction-branded, even if packaged or sold with Ultimate Direction products. Non-Ultimate Direction-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer. Please see your product box and literature for details.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Ultimate Direction will not credit any customs taxes and duties. Customers may pursue their own refunds in their location. Any international warranty inquiries should be directed to the original retailer or distributor.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from State to State.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the above warranty at any time and without prior notice.
