Limited Warranty Policy and Guidelines

Ultimate Direction branded products (tents, backpacks, sleeping bags) are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Ultimate Direction branded gear (lighting, trekking poles, furniture, sleeping pads, coolers and airbeds) are covered by a one-year warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If an Ultimate Direction branded product or accessory covered by one these warranty options fail due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

Ultimate Direction’s Limited Warranty applies only to Ultimate Direction’s brand products purchased and used in the United States and products specifically authorized by Ultimate Direction for retail sale in Canada. For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their state of purchase or Canada, except in instances where those laws and regulations are not required to be cumulative, the benefits conferred by Ultimate Direction's Limited Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.

Ultimate Direction’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Ultimate Direction-branded, even if packaged or sold with Ultimate Direction products. Non-Ultimate Direction-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer. Please see your product box and literature for details.

Warranty For Body Bottles and Reservoirs

All of our reservoirs and body bottles are produced with the highest standards by our partner Hydrapack. Hydrapak offers a No-Leak™ Gurantee on all reservoirs, bottles, flasks, and accessories from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Hydrapak will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. The No-Leak™ Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, natural breakdown of materials over a product lifetime, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. Canadian Returns

Ultimate Direction will not credit previously paid customs and duties. Customers may pursue their own refunds in their location.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the above warranty at any time and without prior notice.
