LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY AND GUIDELINES
Ultimate Direction branded products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year. This warranty protects only the original owner, only if no modifications were made to the product, and only if purchased from an authorized Ultimate Direction dealer in the United States or Canada. Customers from other countries should contact the distributor in their country. Please save your purchase receipt to confirm.
If an Ultimate Direction branded product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the product without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, weather-related damages (wind, rain, fire, animals, etc.), or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product.
Reservoirs and Body Bottles prior to 2017 were produced by Hydrapak, which offers a Guarantee from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of their product; they will repair or replace at their discretion any manufacturing defect in products with their brand name on it free of charge. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Canadian customers use the same process except Ultimate Direction will not credit previously paid customs and duties.
