    1. burrito pocket...bad idea

The burrito pocket is really useless, prefer to have the same bottle holsters on both sides. Why you want the burrito pocket if there is already a lot of pockets elsewhere? Furthermore it closes in one direction only. Please redesign this model, I hope that soon take out a new version with 2 bottle holsters. on May 28th 2016

    2. Great for Running to Work

I work part-time at REI and I love being able to run to work with my clothes. on May 16th 2016

    3. PB Adventure 3.0

Just bought the PB Adventure 3.0 even though I was concerned it appeared to have only one bottle pocket on the front but in fact it can take 3 soft bottles. The burrito pocket and the mesh pocket in front of it can also take one. Going for my first run in it tommorow but so far it looks like it is able to hold all the mandatory gear for a long ultra no probs. on Apr 9th 2016

    4. Improvement

Had the 2.0 during several trails up 100K. Great.
Now got the 3.0. Really an improvement.
More place for stuff, separat pocket for water bak,
extra fixture at the front for pools, additional adjustment
belts for chest size and more .......

    5. Huge Upgrade

Lots of storage. Great fit. I am 220 and the large fits me fine with room to spare. I dig the extra organization for all-day outings. on Mar 31st 2016

    6. Great pack

Got my PB 3.0 the other day and thought I would go for a couple of runs before writing a review.

It is a very well made pack and feels good quality.

the main party trick of the pack is how much upfront pockets and storage it has. The burrito pocket will hold a 2nd soft flask and still have room for energy bars, gel etc the side pockets are easy to get to and you dont need to be double jointed to get to them!
I do really like this pack and it will now be my go to pack for longer runs or fast hikes.
The only thing I would say is, I am a 38" chest and with two jackets in the back pack and some other bits and bobs I had the sternum straps pulled to the stops still had a little movement in the pack.

    7. Um, have any of the above reviewers actually worn the pack?

Because it has multiple options for dual-bottle carry. The burrito pocket can hold another, as well as the mesh pocket below it, and the side pockets are sized for additional bottles. It looks like an awesome improvement to me, and in keeping with UD's pretty ceaseless R&D. Do you seriously think they were going to bring out a worse version? PB's got you covered, dudes. on Mar 15th 2016

    8. maybe next time

I wanted to buy this version so badly until I saw only one water bottle up front. I really don't understand their thinking. Every other vest they make has 2 front the ones with the rear reservoir. Really disappointing because I love all the extra storage this one has over the SJ on Mar 9th 2016

    9. Bottle holster

I prefer to have 2 pockets for water bottles and not one. To consider, in the backpack we have more equipment than a water reservoir. Should design this model again ASAP, one with the optional pocket to carry another bottle. on Feb 24th 2016
