The Fastpack 30 is meant for adventure. Perfect for bagging peaks, day hikes, or travel. The Fastpack takes inspiration from our Signature Series, with its vest like fit and front access pockets for a water bottle or storage. There is easy access to water, maps or your smart phone on the front, the stretch pockets on the sides will hold almost anything, and the huge rear stretch pocket allows gear to be quickly stowed or used as needed. The main compartment forgoes zippers in favor of a waterproof roll top closure, allowing this bag to tightly secure everything from 20 to 31 liters. The Fastpack 30 is water-resistant, with a reinforced bottom panel for extra durability, and the low-profile daisy chains with trekking pole and ice axe loops complete the package.Unique to the Fastpack is our InfiKnit construction: the back panel and shoulder straps are made from one piece of custom-made fabric, which eliminates contact with all seams.A smooth ride, compressible storage and plenty of pockets makes the Fastpack a great addition to your pack collection.

    1. Just send it!

This pack is genius!! Ive used several times now since I got it and I could not be happier with it!! It so sticky icky is rad. Meaning I've gone running with it and it NOT bother some. It stays nice and put against your body making a smooth run. I absolutely love the front pockets!!! Me being a blade guy I love that it has the option of both blade and bottles. Honestly what I am getting at is that if you are thinking about getting this well if you don't you would be a turd for not sendin it because simple enough you will NOT regret!! on Jun 19th 2016

    2. Awesome.. only one thing I would change

This pack rocks.. my husband and I both love it! It is weightless and amazing! The only problem is, it is very difficult to get to the bladder. I have a One Direction bladder as well. However the pack is so amazing, it is a minor compromise. on Jun 2nd 2016

    3. love it...except for the velcro...

The pack is great! Except I need to either pack fabric-stuff (fleeces, hats, etc) in a ditty bag or take extreme care when removing/inserting into the pack due to the velcro on the edges on the roll-down part of the bag. In practice, I get why the velcro is there, but in reality, it's terrible. It damages clothing and scratches skin. This is trail clothing I'm talking about, but who wants a technical piece of gear scratched up unnecessarily?
So I had the idea to cut the thread holding the velcro in place, which I've been known to do on other pieces with poorly placed scratch-magnets. Buuuut....the velcro cannot be removed without also cutting the threads which hold the pack together! Bad planning. Time for a refresh, UD?

    4. Customer Review

i have used several UD products over the years: water bottles, handhelds, PB adventure vest and have loved them all. My collection was expanded to include the 30L fastpack recently and I couldn't be happier with it. The first time I used it, I ran to the store for groceries and back. The load I was carrying was probably too large and heavy for it, but it still carried the load effectively. The pack has multiple stash pockets on the shoulder straps and a HUGE roll top main compartment. When loading it down with gear it will hold eveything you need for days of activity; whether it's climbing and needing shoes, rope, harness, etc.; or hiking/ fastpacking and carrying enough food, water and camping supplies. The pack in the nature of running does bounce a little; however, I have found that by correcting the position of my back and keeping my shoulders straight allowed the pack to form to my back more effectively. Overall it's an amazing pack to add to any collection and you will be proud and glad you made the purchase. on Feb 7th 2015
