I have had this pack for nearly a year now and its been great. I had a camel back mule for about 7 years before the UD. The major benefits are the fit, its a bit more form fitting than the Camelback was. I will never be able to live without pockets on the waist straps again. And I think it even weighs a little less. Its a durable pack that keeps me hydrated and fed.

Very stable, fits well and the 128oz res fits. The shoulder and waist pockets are a must have. The waist pockets are out of the way and do not hinder riding positions. The pack doesn't feel like a hard bladder in the middle of your back. It rides lower than other packs, therefore more stable and comfortable.
