    1. Excellent Toad Map for Your Next Big Race!

I bought this to prepare for my first 50k. It's an easy read with excellent tips for stepping up to your next distance. What I really like about Krissy's plans is that it goes beyond just run so many miles four or five days a week. Each week is different with rest days strategically placed. I finished my first 50k in challening heat in a better time than expected. Would recommend for men and women. on Jul 20th 2016
