Love the SJ vest, as it does what I need but was hoping to get the PB for the extra capacity for longer races where support is questionable. Unfortunately the M/L sizing is just for thin guys. If you did sizing for the PB vest as you do for the SJ, then I would definitely buy one. Instead I now have to go look at other vendors - likely the Salomon. Tim on Mar 30th 2014
Pros: Versatility, Storage Space, Upgraded Materials, Bladder Zipper, Looks Great! Cons: Very tight fit in the chest, Still getting water in waterproof areas. I recently upgraded from the SJ V1 to the PB Adventure Vest V2 and the first thing I noticed was the tightness difference. I am in no way a barrel chested runner but found that the tightness is a tad uncomfortable. The V1 had a little bungee tab on the chest strap and that was not brought over to the V2. I love the storage space on the V2 since I am over packed on most of my runs. The addition of the bladder zipper is a great improvement; it made taking the bladders in and out so much more easily. On days when we got drizzling rain I found water in the waterproof areas. mark on Mar 25th 2014
The upgrades are very apparent and it's also apparent that UD is listening to their customers. The seam material has been upgraded and is extra strength now vs. the 1.0 series. There is also a ton more pocket options especially the hydration access zipper located on the side now to make aid stations quick and simple. It's a great fresh look and the logo has been updated. I feel like I have a completely new vest now. I love my older AK vest and will still be using it for smaller runs but now that I am going longer the PB Vest 2.0 is going to get some big time work loads put on it. Dustin on Feb 2nd 2014
