  I love this thing. I've taken it on all my long runs and it has proved essential to maintaining my hydration and presence of mind. The neoprene wrap is great, and, as advertised, keeps the temperatures of my hand and drink respectively separate. Getting used to the top took a bit, but once I figured it out, it worked wonderfully. The grip also stays on my hand without continuing adjustments. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something to take on your long runs.

  Love this handheld! I'd tried a couple others and they felt awkward and the strap just didn't adjust well. This one is adjustable so I can go from bare-handed in summer to mittened in winter and it still feels perfect. The neoprene wrap for the bottle is a great feature: keeps my hands dry in summer and warm in winter. The bottle and holder are quite durable, too. I'm a clutz and have impact-tested the product on several of my stumbles. The bottle and I both bounce back into action, none the worse but for a few scrapes and mud.

  I agree with Sarah (whose review helped me purchase this). I am NOT an elite marathoner (I am very slow) so I'm out there for a very long time - and you do NOT want to have something heavy, tight, or awkward in your hand. I just love the wrap around the bottle. That solves alot of problems including my hand freezing in summer when I freeze the bottle (I'm in Texas). I used to have to wrap a bandana on the bottle and that was awkward. Great product.

  I am an elite marathoner and I LOVE the Fastdraw Extreme! I had the Amphipod running bottle and wasn't happy with it for many reasons. The Fastdraw Extreme fits tightly on my small hands so I don't have to hold onto it with any effort. The grooves on the bottle are very comfortable for hand placement. The spout is unbelievably easy to use and doesn't leak even when you keep it in the "up" position. The material that wraps around the bottle keeps your drink colder longer and also prevents your hand from getting ice cold while holding it. Two thumbs WAY up. I'm going to buy one for my friend right now so she can love it too!
